Welcome to American Oak Cottage, one side of a charming duplex just a few short blocks from Downtown Lodi! American Oak Cottage offers one King size bed and one full size bed, a full bathroom, quality kitchen appliances with plenty of dishes and cookware, two AC units as well as ceiling fans in every room, two TVs for streaming your favorites, fast WiFi, coffee and tea and all the amenities you may need. In the garage you will find a grill, washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. There is a patio in front and small private one in the back. 
 
We are happy to welcome well-trained pets! Please review the Pet Policies under the House Rules section. Please note that there is a $100 fee for each pet. All pets must be disclosed at time of booking and no more than 2 pets are allowed per reservation. 
 
If you have a small baby, we can provide a pack and play and stroller, some toys, etc. Please let us know if this is something you will need.
